 THE BIG DAY

You arrive at the venue and head into the bridal suite. You take your time getting ready with your closest family and friends (maybe enjoy a mimosa or two) and relish in every moment leading up to THE moment. All the while your planner is handling the smallest details, managing vendors, decorating the venue according to plan, and handling any bumps that may arise. Everyone gets into place for the ceremony and then it’s time. We are on schedule. The processional is timed perfectly with the music. It. Is. Time.  The DESIGN Package

Great for those who need a hand throughout the planning process but still want to do a lot on their own. LLE’s focus will mainly be on design and logistics.

 What’s Included:

 
 
  • Unlimited email and text throughout the planning process. Phone calls must be pre-scheduled

  • 1 monthly one-on-one meeting to ensure discussed details are going as planned, no matter how far out you book us -we are in this together!

  • Access to the planning portal (calendar, checklist, vendor details, layout, guest list/notes, seating chart, budget sheet, design boards, inspiration, notes, etc.)

  • Mood board and event design (up to two rounds of edits once the proposal has been sent)

  • 3-D Layout and rendering with detailed instructions on setup

  • Budget management

  • Rental selection (up to 3 meetings with vendors)

  • Floral selection (up to 3 meetings with vendors)

  • Stationery, Signage, and Small Detail Design Assistance (up to 4 meetings)

  • Will provide a shopping list of items that cannot be rented

  • Access to LLE Decor

  • Identify any missing pieces to the wedding day that may have been missed but are essential to run smoothly

  • Assistance and recommendations with all vendors and contract review

  • Point of contact for all vendors after client booking

  • 2 venue visits

  • I will coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors listed, confirm their arrival times, get insurance info, meal counts, confirm services booked, and any other important details

  • Creation of a detailed timeline for the wedding day, distributed to vendors as well

    -Unlimited time on the site the day of

  • 2, day-of assistants in addition to Lauryn (anything over 200 guests will require further assistance)

  • Emergency kit access

  • Greet wedding vendors and be the point of contact on the day of your wedding

  • Keep everyone on schedule and where they need to be

  • Set up and style of wedding decor, place settings, and final touches

  • Cross-check venue set up, ensuring the ceremony and reception are set to perfection

  • Fix any errors that may come up

  • Distribute bouquets & pin corsages to the bridal party, attendants & family members

  • Direct ushers with seating and program distribution

  • Coordinate processional and recessional

  • Assist with the bridal party and family for photographs

  • Coordinate reception festivities

  • Remind the Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents, and honored guests when they are about to give toasts

  • Make a dinner plate for the married couple

  • Remind MC of announcements throughout the reception

  • Send off preparation

  • Distribution of any final payments or tips to vendors

  • Management of any unforeseen hiccups

  • Packing up items that were brought or delivered

  • Final walkthrough with on-site venue manager/owner

 The LUXURY Package

This is perfect for those who want to truly enjoy this season as a newly engaged couple and pass everything off to an experienced professional while still being involved in the process.

 What’s Included:

 
 
  • Unlimited email and text throughout the planning process. Phone calls must be pre-scheduled

  • 2 one-on-one meetings a month to ensure discussed details are going as planned; no matter how far out you book us, we are in this together!

  • Initial design proposal of everything needed to obtain your vision for your wedding, with a follow-up to review edits before pursuing quotes (up to three rounds of edits) 

  • 3D mock-ups, layouts, and renderings to convey design ideas so that you feel confident in the decision-making process

  • Access to LLE decor closet

  • Complete design, planning, and coordination

  • Gathering of all quotes, contracts, and vendor recommendations based on your needs and budget

  • I will provide 3-6 options per vendor category for you to choose from (that best fit your requirements). Once narrowed down, I will work with each vendor to gather contracts, details, and. set up consultations

  • I will make sure that the contracts detail everything needed

  • Attendance at all vendor meetings

  • Scheduling and all communications with vendors

  • Detailed timeline for the day before as well as the day of, distributed to vendors

  • Identify any missing pieces to the wedding day

  • Access to the planning portal (calendar, checklist, vendor details, layout, guest list/notes, seating chart, budget sheet, design boards, inspiration, notes, etc.)

  • Stationery, signage, and small detail design

  • Stationery packaging, labeling, and mailing 

  • Website design and management

  • Guest RSVP management. Monitoring RSVP's, transferring online RSVP's to the planning portal, sending follow-up emails through the wedding website, etc. 

  • Guidance when building your seating chart/assignments

  • Will handle all DIY elements 

  • Unlimited venue meetings

  • I will coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors listed, confirm their arrival times, get insurance info, meal counts, confirm services booked, and any other important details

  • 2 hours of rehearsal availability

  • Unlimited time on site day of

  • 3-day-of assistants in addition to Lauryn (anything over 300 guests will require further assistance)

  • Pick up of small items needed for the day

I will provide a detailed proposal of everything needed for your big day along with access to the client planning portal so that we are always on the same page!

Upon approval, I will begin reaching out to vendors and obtaining quotes and contracts!
